FAQ
Questions we are asked early.
If your question is not answered here, ask it directly — we would rather give you a specific answer than a general one.
Do you work in both Arabic and English?
Yes. Bilingual capability is built into how we work rather than added at the end. Arabic interfaces get proper right-to-left layout, appropriate typography and mirrored navigation and motion — not a translated copy of the English page.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. A focused marketing website is measured in weeks; a custom operational system with several user roles is measured in months. You get an estimated timeline at the end of the planning stage, before development starts.
Do I own the result?
Yes. You own the delivered product and its source code. We document the decisions and the setup so another team could pick it up if you ever needed them to.
Can you work with what we already have?
Often, yes. Part of the discovery stage is deciding honestly whether extending your current system is cheaper than replacing it. We will tell you when replacement is the better value, and when it is not.
What happens after launch?
Launch is a stage, not the end of the process. Maintenance and technical support cover updates, monitoring and fixes, and the growth stage covers the improvements that only become obvious once real people are using the product.
How do we start?
With a conversation about what you are trying to achieve. No preparation required beyond being able to describe the problem.
