Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the IvaGate website handles visitor information. It reflects how the site works today, and we will update it if that changes.

Information this site collects
This website does not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and no server of ours records your visit. The only information kept on your device is your language and colour-theme preference, stored locally so the site remembers how you like to read it.
The enquiry forms
The Contact and Start Your Project pages each carry an enquiry form. Neither submits to an IvaGate server or database. What you type is assembled into a message inside your own browser and handed to WhatsApp, where you read it over and send it yourself. Nothing reaches us until you complete that step in WhatsApp, and if you close the page instead, nothing you typed is kept here.
Preference storage
Your chosen language is stored in a first-party cookie, and your chosen light or dark theme is stored in your browser's local storage. Neither is shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes both.
Information you send us directly
If you reach us on WhatsApp, by phone on our published number, or at the email address shown on our contact page, we use what you send only to answer your enquiry and to discuss the work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. Those channels are operated by third parties, so your messages travel through their systems.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the way this site handles information changes — for example if an enquiry form begins submitting to a server of ours, or if analytics are introduced. Neither is the case today.
